Congratulations you have just found the perfect band for your function whether it's a wedding, debs or indeed any type of party as we pride ourselves on having the broadest repertoire of any band in Ireland. We can play a mixed set for a wedding or a fantastic swing only set if that's what you want but 1 thing is sure it will be played to the highest standard and will reproduce the original sound as close as possible.

Unlike some other bands in the market place we only offer the full line up all the time consisting of 5 musicians - saxophone, trumpet, guitar, bass guitar & drums and 2 frontline singers male & female.

The long john jump band were chosen by Bill Whelan ( Riverdance) from dozens of bands in the market place to record songs and instrumental tracks for the film the Circle of Friends which is testament to the ability of the band and indeed so impressed were the producers of this film that the band were offered a part in the film and were also flown to play at the London premiere party in the Cafe Royal and again the following night in the Royal Dublin Hotel for the Irish premiere.

We are proud to have our band fronted by the brilliant vocal talents of probably 1 of the best singers in the country Laura Bolger who quite simply has a wonderful voice and is the most natural singer in Ireland.

Also in the front line is John Sheridan who is the band leader. John is the longest established front man in any band in Ireland and is proud to be part of a great team of musicians & singers.
